How/when do I book my coaching session?
Once you register online, you will be provided with a link to the HR Leader Guide Package calendar where you can schedule your session time that works best for you, at your convenience!
Does the package expire if I don’t use it within the calendar year of purchase?
There is no expiry date, but we recommend to book your session today to take advantage of the learnings and tools to implement and get you on the path to lead best in our new world of work and experience accelerated business results immediately!
What is your return policy?
If you no longer wish to take advantage of this amazing program and have not been able to book your session yet after your initial purchase, we will gladly refund you. We ask that you notify us within 30 days of purchase to request your refund.
What if I’m not satisfied 100% with my coaching session?
We value your feedback in best understanding what went wrong and why the session was not a fit for you to recommend the best program for you moving forward. We believe in our HR experts and the value they provide. However, if you wish for a refund due to dissatisfaction, we will honour such if notified within 10 days of your coaching session.
