This allows you to focus on running your business while ensuring you stay compliant and up to date while maintaining a productive, thriving workplace.

The LDHR Member Portal can be used by businesses of any size, but it’s especially perfect for small to medium-sized businesses, particularly those that don’t have a dedicated HR department or are looking to enhance their HR processes with proven tools. You sign up as an organization, which would provide you with a confidential username and password for you and up to five (5) users for key stakeholders that would utilize the HR resources and online Client Membership Portal for your organization.

We regularly review our templates and update if needed every 3 months to reflect changes in employment legislation, best practices, and emerging HR trends to ensure they remain current and effective.

Yes! With the LDHR Member Portal, you have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one consultation to get expert guidance on any HR challenges you’re facing. The personalized consultation can be explored through either your free 30 minutes monthly HR Consultation or by purchasing more time for HR Consultation in advance. Additionally, you can submit your HR-related questions to the HR Real Talk video series to be selected for more general responses on the topic.

The HR Real Talk video series is a collection of expert insights and practical advice on various HR topics. As a member, you’ll have access to these videos, helping you stay informed on key HR issues and trends.
